You can only control 1 "Kappaappak". This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card must be Special Summon by it's own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned in other ways. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing the top 3 cards of your Deck face-down. Once during either players turn, you can target 1 monster on the field: That monster's ATK and DEF become 0, if you do, this card gains ATK and DEF equal to that card's ATK and DEF until the End Phase. Other monsters you control cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

Unless the contest rules were changed, this is not how contest entries work. Submitting to a contest a card that has been already reviewed in unfair, as not only your card would have an advantage over the other cards that have not been reviewed previously, but also would make the whole contest grading and judging process pointless, since the card was evaluated and possibly fixed already. It's like submitting a rigged entry to the contest, so to speak.

 

That said, if I were to properly review this card, you most likely will be requested to submit a different one for the contest. So, if you still plan to submit this card to the contest, I suggest to remove it from the thread.

It's easy enough to summon this, and it's a quickplay complete stop of one of your opponent's monsters basically, and gives it a huge boost in attack potentially, which can stack, while the reduction to 0 is permanent.

Meant to say til end phase so no stack. but ya 0 is perm.
