3 level 4 dark monsters

As long as this card has xyz material : Neither player can activate spell/trap card effects in their graveyard.

Once per turn , you can detach an Xyz material from this card and apply one of the following effects :

1) Special summon a level 4 or lower DARK monster from your graveyard but it's effects are negated.

2) Target 1 non-DARK monster on the field ; destroy it.

I don't know if I missing something, but this card looks underwhelming. The lock effect is nice and the detach effects are cute, but as a 3-material Rank4 that specifically requires DARK, and thus cannot get Seraph support, which are the main reason 3-material Rank4s are playable in the current metagame, plus with such relatively low stats, I don't see this card pulling its weight.

 

That aside, personally I'm a bit wary of the revival effect, because these kind of effects sometimes lead to combos/spam and could become problematic on the long run, but this is only in theory, though.

 

These are some changes I think you could make to this card:

- Make it generic so it becomes accessible by the Seraph engine.

- Increase its stats to +/-2800.

- Make it a 2-material Rank4 and maybe strip one of the optional effects.
