Sluggaholic
The only thing I can see that should be changed at all is the effects of Draconic Rise and Draconic Power Struggle, so that you don't just Summon a single monster then sort of "Mask Change" into an even more powerful monster, because that's what those cards feel like. I only recommend you make it so they can't attack the same turn they're summoned, so you don't get a free 3000 Attack Beater on your 2nd turn. But, overall I love how balanced this archetype is! It kinda reminds me of the original Elemental Heroes, but Kaiba'd. Also, the Reptilic Monsters would love my Reptile support cards: they love destroying sheet, it loves destroying sheet. Also, I think the idea of set monsters = plusses is brilliant, probably because Worms had the same idea, but your archetype does it way better. I recommend you add some Contact Fusion though, so this archetype can be sped up a little, since waiting to draw into a specific trap/spell can really make a deck suffer. Unless it's Nekroz or Shaddolls. Those decks are crazy fast.
Dova
Thanks! Changed the effects of both those s/t and Airborne, and added some contact Fusions!
Sluggaholic
The only power-player I see in the Extra Deck is that Phutia who essentially gets a free search into anything, which could be combined into another Fusion Monster and give you even more plusses with your Reptilic Ascendance. I'd just recommend you have to discard for Phutia, or some other cost for using his effect. Though, admittedly, with all the Contact Fusions barring Vero, you have the same idea, it's just that you have a RotA into a face-down monster that can be used immediately to make Fire Incarnate, which has the highest base attack of all your cards. Again, I'd recommend either adding a cost, or making it so you can't Special Summon for the rest of the turn for Phutia to calm this deck down a little. Still lovin' it though!
