Nightmare Fang Fusion Dragon

Well, this card art reminded me of Yuri, the card suits his ruthless and cold personality and keeps your opponent at bay with it's effect.

So, this is kinda my version of Yuri's dragon.

What do you guys think, comments and criticisms are welcome.

Nightmare Fang Fusion Dragon

DARK/Dragon/Fusion/Effect

Level 8

2 DARK Dragon Type monsters

2700 ATK / 2000 DEF

When this card is fusion summoned : Half the attack of all face-up monster(s) your opponent controls.

Once per turn, during your standby phase : You can banish a DARK monster from your graveyard, if you do ; Special summon a "Nightmare Token" (Dragon-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1400/DEF 0). Monster(s) other than this card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

Once per turn, when your opponent special summons a level / Rank 5 or higher monster : Tribute 1 "Nightmare Token" you control, if you do : Negate the special summon and destroy it.

I could share some CnC... first, you might want to check the OCG (official card grammar), summoning methods are always capped - Fusion Summon, Normal Summon, Flip Summon etc. same goes for most of the official non-verb terms (Standby Phase, Graveyard, Level, . New effects do not start on a new line unless it's a separate bullet remark, like those on Gemini Monsters.

You need to update your knowledge on effect's problem solving texts -  Condition/Trigger then a colon if and when there is a cost, followed by semicolon, then the actual effect.

OK, now on the actual card - does it have a level to display? The stats of the Dimensional Dragon Counterparts are canon and they are Level 7 (ignoring DRD) with 2500 ATK and 2000 DEF. The only plausable thing in my oppinion you nailed would be the monster type... I don't imagine Yurii wanting to summon a bunch of weak-a** tokens to leave an opening to his ATK, although the ATK decreasing seems OK (although that's kind of Yuto's dragon's thing). Also, with the current effect it tips the balance considering Dark Rebellion Dragon (Rank4) - Clear Wing is only barely able to affect it and this one only negates the summon of a level/rank 5 or higher ....

The token-generating effect + summon negation seems like a really slow and unreliable tactic and... does not look explicitly useful.

When this card is Fusion Summoned: Halve the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can banish 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Nightmare Token" (Dragon-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1400/DEF 0) to your side of the field and if you do, monsters you control (except this card) cannot attack during this turn. Once per turn, during either player's turn when your opponent Special Summons a Level / Rank 5 or higher Monster: You can Tribute 1 "Nightmare Token" you control; negate the Summon and if you do, destroy that monster.

With a slight grammar fix this is what it might have looked like. You could maybe invest a little more thought and consideration into your cards.

All points taken into measure. I was using Tcgeditor on this card for the first time so forgot to enclose the levels.
