If you draw this card during your Draw Phase, you can reveal this card, and shuffle it and one other card from your hand into the Deck, then draw 2 cards. If this card is drawn by the Effect of "Maiden of Good Fortune And Second Chances " you can use the effect again, and draw 3 cards instead.

This card is generic, and splashable, and hell a good reason to use 2 slots in your deck for refreshment.

Also This just feels like a card a YGO protagonist would use IMHO

I wouldn't really consider this card "good" or "splashable", as riding purely on your Draw Phase is skeptical.

I mean, it makes as about as much sense as Rank-Up-Magic The Seventh One, in terms of gimmick, and nobody uses that card either.

Personally, I'd add more to this card, buff it's effect more, etc, as it's current version feels.... Weird.

Have it only shuffle it self only, then it becomes a plus 1 every draw. Plus 2 if you draw it again (or is that plus 3?) gimmicky draw card, but it's cute. Bad as it is now though.

this card isnt about Plusses and minuses....it serves a niche of simply being a hand recycle. it it were to shuffle only itself then it would be broken, it;s essentially a free, unnegatable draw card (all the effects happen during the draw phase) that could potentially loop 3 times or even more...

its a moray of greed that can be played from the hand.

You aren't understanding, this card is luck based. You can't search it, you are never guaranteed to draw it, and it just over all isnt reliable. There is no use of ridding of cards in the game now of days. That why only Exodia uses mallet. Also, if you draw this with upstart, it's useless. Or with any other draw card in fact. Trust me, it isn't broken. Right now, its not playable. Not even in casual decks.
