I shall post a thread in AC containing a card that searches Exodia pieces (among other things) for no cost and see if it does in fact bring people out of the woodwork and garner comments. Prepare yourself for a festival of banter as the lurkers come from the shadowy depths of viewing topics in silence to hurl negativity at my stupid oversights, at least in theory. Social experiments, largely, are rather fucktarded, and this is no exception, but this is something I just want to test. I mean it's hardly going to prove anything as we know there are lurkers in the section and I'm basically one of them, but I'd like to know exactly how many people there are who float around there without saying anything, because it has come to be more annoying to me now that I've been active in there again to some degree. First 2 comments of this thread are in response to my initial campaign to be made an admin which didn't quite take off, to the surprise of all concerned. I'm editing this in here now, with a timestamp, so as to be able verify if nothing else that I'm not an idiot and that this has been done just to test something. Ought to be set up within a half hour of this post. We shall see what happens. It's not going to be subtle in how stupid it is so that may affect the reaction somewhat but it'll still be interesting to see if it does draw wider attention. An average AC thread might get a single reply in a day, perhaps 2 if both Armz and Dova are around. If this goes up, then that's something. Again a stupid card drawing a higher response rate is not something unexpected, but the fact that it tends to happen so much more easily for a bad thread to be a hive of activity than for well made and thought-out cards to get any sort of attention is a bit of an issue. Then again, I could be proven wrong, and AC is simply a graveyard and the thread gets little to no attention, and I'm not sure which scenario I'd prefer at this point. Away we go anyway.
