Tribute 1 DARK monster; destroy all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls and all monsters they Special Summon until the end of the next turn, whose ATK is less than or equal to the Tributed monster's original ATK. You cannot activate other cards or effects the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Domsday Virus" per turn.

With an effect that practically does not allow the opponent to have a monster on their field (unless they can counter this card from the start or they have a card which prevents destruction), that specific line does not mean a thing. Just Set Doomsday during your turn, then Tribute a DARK monster with 1700 or more ATK and job done; Vanity at its best.

 

The card is more comparable to the original Crush Card rather than its errata'd version.
