During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then discard 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Dark Signal" once per turn. As for the second effect, I would recommend making it so that the banishing is a cost (It might already be that way, but, with OCG and all, I read it as banishing being part of the resolution).
