Snatch Steal

Reptile-Type monsters, despite the great support cards they received, are quite overlooked from an archetypal standpoint. Panchromia fixes that problem, manipulating the various graveyard bound effects activated by themselves, amplified by three incredible cards: Snake Rain, Offering to the Snake Deity, and Evil Dragon Ananta

Description: Panchromia, almost like Shaddoll, has activated effects when sent to the graveyard by card effect. The goal of the deck is to swarm the field and retain presence so that the opponent cannot keep up.

The Deck:

During either player's turn: you can tribute 1 Reptile-type monster; banish 1 card your opponent controls. When this card is sent to the graveyard; add 1 "Panchromia" spell card from your graveyard to your hand.

Strategy & Support: Similar to Shaddoll, the deck relies on sending cards from their deck to the graveyard to activate effects and summon fusion monsters. Thusly, cards like foolish burial are necessary; however, Snake Rain is five times better, as it lets one send 4 reptile-types from their deck to the graveyard. Furthermore, Offering to the Snake Deity can be quite powerful: Remember Icarus Attack in Harpies?
Scarab serves to be a Norden, and can be used either by Fusion Summon or just like normal Norden: Instant fusion. In fact, due to their low level, each of these fusion monsters benefit from both Fusion Weapon and Instant Fusion.

Weaknesses: The deck has overall low ATK output, and Macro/D Fissure ruin everything. A well-timed macro cosmos can get rid of 4 Reptiles turn 2. Additionally, light imprisoning mirror can reduce the deck to rubble, as they rely very heavily on their effects to function.

Lore: "Panchromia" (obviously to some of us) means "All Color."

Well, the reptile type is a bit forced since "Peacock","Hamster", "Scarab" aren't essentially reptiles, but that is no big deal....

"Panchromia Peacock" is devastating against reptile type decks, since it can destroy any reptile type monster plus it banishes another card from the opponent's field....unless you state that the tribute monster(s) must be from your side of the field..

I just did it for synergy. When you're sitting on an Offering to the Snake Deity with a Winged Beast, Beast, or Insect on the field, you'll feel pretty stupid.

I think tribute might imply your own side of the field, but I'm not sure. Even if not, there aren't many reptile types to begin with, so unless you're fighting Clownblade, Gadget, Mirror, or Alien, it'll probably be fine.
