LON is a step back from PSV in terms of card quality, but nonetheless, a number of the cards from the set can be quite good (and splashable) with the right buffs.  I particularly made Masks a viable deck and Destiny Board not terrible.
  1. Gemini Elf - Battle damage this card inflicts is halved.  (That way she doesn't make every other beater obsolete)
  2. The Masked Beast - When it is successfully Ritual Summoned, add up to 3 "Mask" cards from your deck and/or graveyard to your hand.
  3. Revival Jam - Its effect applies if destroyed by a card effect, as well.  You only have to pay 700 LP instead of 1000.
  4. Melchid the Four-Face Beast - When this card is Normal Summoned, reveal the top 4 cards from your deck.  Add up to 2 "Mask" cards from them to your hand, and shuffle the remaining cards into the deck.
  5. Nuvia the Wicked - No summoning restrictions.
  6. Chosen One - The remaining cards are returned to your hand (whether you choose correctly or not)
  7. Mask of Weakness - The ATK loss is 1000 instead of 700.
  8. Mask of Dispel - The effects of the card you select are negated.
  9. Mask of the Accursed - The monster's effects are negated and it loses 1000 ATK.
  10. Mask of Brutality - When this card is destroyed, add 1 "Mask" card from your deck to your hand.
  11. Return of the Doomed - No discard cost.
  12. Lightning Blade - ATK boost is 1600 instead of 800.
  13. Jam Breeding Machine - No summoning restrictions.  Tokens can be summoned in Defense Position.
  14. Infinite Cards - Draw 1 card during the End Phase of the turn you activate this card.
  15. Card of Safe Return - Can only activate once per turn.  Can only control 1 "Card of Safe Return"
  16. Fire Princess - Once per turn, you can draw 1 card if this card inflicts battle damage.
  17. Spirit of the Breeze - Once per turn, you can draw 1 card if this card increases your life points..
  18. Marie the Fallen One - Is a LV4 monster instead of a LV5 monster.
  19. Dark Necrofear - Only requires 2 Fiend-type monsters to banish instead of 3.
  20. Tornado Bird - Can return any 2 cards on the field (excluding itself)
  21. Maryokutai - Once per turn: It can negate an attack
  22. Royal Command - Only your opponent's Flip Effects are negated.
  23. Riryoku Field - Gain 2000 life points after successful activation.
  24. Destruction Punch - Your opponent must discard 1 card after successful activation.
  25. Destiny Board - When it's destroyed, destroying the Spirit Message cards is optional.
  26. Spirit Message "I" - Once per turn: If a face-up Spell/Trap card you control would be destroyed, it isn't.
  27. Spirit Message "N" - Once per turn: You can negate an opponent's attack.
  28. Spirit Message "A" - Once per turn: You can shuffle this card (and other Spirit Message cards) from your hand into your deck and draw an equivalent amount of cards.
  29. Spirit Message "L" - Once per turn: You can shuffle this card (and other Spirit Message cards) from your hand into your deck and draw an equivalent amount of cards.
  30. Cyclone Laser - Gradius gains 1500 ATK instead of 300.
  31. Dragonic Attack - When the target destroys a monster in battle, you can banish 1 card on the field.
  32. Spirit Elimination - Make a Continous Spell.  You can banish cards from your deck as substitutes.
