Slenderman

Slenderman because why not? I tried my best in correlating his effect with the flavor and lore of Slenderman, give me feedback and tell me how I did.

 

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=Effect]This card can be Special Summoned (from your hand) if you send 3 other cards in your hand to the graveyard. If this card is Normal Summoned: Shuffle all cards in both player's hand and shuffle each other card on the field into their owner's deck. No player can activate card effects in response to this effect. If this card's summon is negated: Send it to the top of your deck instead of sending it to the graveyard. If this face up card is destroyed by battle: Battle damage you would take is inflicted to your opponent instead of being inflicted to you, then decrease each other face up monster's ATK and DEF by half of the battle damage you would take until the end of your next turn. If this card would be sent to the graveyard, banished, returned to the hand, or shuffled into your deck: At the End Phase of this turn: You can Special Summon this card from your graveyard, banished zone, hand, or deck face up in ATK positition. Once per turn: You can banish the top card of your deck to banish 1 card on your opponent's side of the field, hand, graveyard, and the top card of their deck. Your opponent must banish a card from their hand in order for them to set spell or trap cards and activate card effects. At the End Phase while this card is face up on your side of the field: If you or your opponent has no cards in hand: You can Special Summon a monster from you or your opponent's banished zone face up in any position under your control ignoring its summoning conditions, but its effect(s) is negated and it's ATK and DEF is halved or set a spell or trap card from you or your opponent's banished zone on one of your unoccupied spell/trap zones. You can only control 1 "Slenderman".

Nice effect. Being an ex Slenderfan myself I can see the effort you put into it. I just find it very easy to summon with discarding hand effect. Maybe you have to discard a certain number? The other effects won't seem so powerful if you make it harder to summon. As for Normal Summoning, perhaps require another Tribute or something?
