Forbidden Storage
[Quick Play Spell]
Target 1 face-up Spell Card, shuffle that card into the Deck. You can banish this card from the graveyard; Excavate the top card(s) of your Deck until you Excavate a Spell Card, set that Spell Card face-down in an occupied Spell/Trap Zone, if you do, banish all other excavated cards. You can only activate one effect of "Forbidden Storage" once per turn, and only once that turn.

I find it a little weak. First off, the activation effect is kinda lackluster, although it is useful for cards with float effects. I would prefer Spell/Trap card honestly. As for the main attraction mill effect....it's okay, I guess, but I only see use for it in a Macro deck, but even then they use a lot of Traps so maybe no. I see the idea honestly, I just feel the debuffs are too much.
