FairGamer
Winds Are Changing Discard 1 WIND monster from your hand, then target up to 2 Spell/Trap Cards on the field; destroy them. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, add 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster with 1500 ATK or higher from your Deck to the hand. You can only activate 1 "Winds are Changing" per turn. Feel free to comment and rate :)
Sander
Way to amp up Majespecters by giving them a better Twin Twister + on demand Raccoon.
FairGamer
Yeah, yeah I know.. I was kinda thinking about majespecters, but honestly they were #2 I swear. I wanted a search for WIND monsters and coundn't find a decent one. I'm wanted search for Symphonic Warrior Guitaars. So I tweaked the effect a bit, now there is no chance of racoon or cat infestation.
Sander
It still acts like another 'coon for Fox, though. And you really have to keep in mind about what decks will greatly benefit from a card like this. This is, again, better than Twin Twister in specters as it tributes them so you do not have to waste cards from hand to clear away any x face-down / floodgate / etc. tl;dr: Specters do not deserve a card like this as they are a spam spam spam / stall stall stall kind of deck but when it comes to floodgates, they're lacking, and they should be kept like that. FairGamer
I played a lot of Majespecter games, and I know what you are talking about. Plain majespecter deck is so boring. Thats why I mix it up with Symphonic Warriors. And I'm proud to say that I've made some semi-beautiful plays. And trust me that deck has no spam, no stall. It's all about enjoy. (Not for your opponent, unless they like losing) It does have a weakness vs Spell/Trap cards. Anyway I see your point, so I made some adjustments. (Not gonna give up, no matter what. I'm gonna become a Hokage.. oh wait that's wrong one..)
