1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner WATER monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; Destroy that target, and if you do, place it on an open Spell/Trap zone your opponent controls instead of sending it to the graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's turn when a level 5 or higher monster activates its effects, or when a "Maelstrom" monster you control is targeted by a monster effect: You can negate that effect, and if you do, destroy that monster.

Hmmm, any real reason why it sends a destroyed monster into your opponent's S/T Zone? I would assume its a "Maelstrom" thing, but that seems rather difficult to get rid of. Wouldn't just blocking it, similarly to Ojama King/Knight, be just as effective? But I digress.

I feel like you're also suppose to say "it is treated as a  Continuous X Card" or "-your opponent controls as a Continuous X Card, -" so I would know if it's a continuous spell or trap and how I would get rid of it, Unless you meant for it to be set, you don't specify. Last effect is similar to CW's but protects the whole squad. A cool card, but for what it does I think its stats seem a little high imo. Maybe a couple hundred points lower?

 

OCG is slightly off in the first effect if I had to nitpick: "When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy that target, and if you do, place it in an unused Spell/Trap Card Zone your opponent controls as a (insert what it is), instead of sending it to the Graveyard."
