This effect cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 EARTH Machine-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK from your deck, except "Techno Synchron". You can only use this effect of "Techno Synchron" once per turn. So here's a card that I WISH we had, something that'd actually make Synchro Variants of Gadgets plausible.
