DoctorMiracle Posted November 24, 2015 Report Share Posted November 24, 2015 Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only be special summoned by banishing 1 WATER or FIRE monster from your hand or graveyard. You can only control 1 "The Boy in the Rain". Apply either effect depending on the way It was summoned.*WATER: You can return all spell/trap cards on the field to the deck. Effects cannot be activated in response to this effect.*FIRE: You can banish all monsters from the field except this card and face-up monsters from the extra deck. Effects cannot be activated in response to this effect. So yeah, I found this piece of art a long time ago and decided to make this a card. Discuss about the effect and hopefully I didn't make this overpowered. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~~ Posted November 25, 2015 Report Share Posted November 25, 2015 Yeah, this is ridiculously overpowered. It is easy to summon, in a deck that uses WATER and/or FIRE monsters, of course. Both effects are extremely powerful mass removal. In the rare deck with both WATER and FIRE, this card has versatility, another powerful feature of this card. And of course, there is the fact that apart from negating the summon, there is nothing your opponent can do to protect their cards. To nerf this card, I would: 1) Remove the "Effects cannot be activated in response.." clause for both of the effects.2) Reduce the amount of cards that in can remove in one fell swoop, to maybe 1 or 2.3) Possibly, make it target. ♪ ♪Aria ♪ ♪ Posted November 27, 2015 Report Share Posted November 27, 2015 The banishing effect should be nerfed since it can be used ultimately wipe out the entire field and it cannot be negated, A single card removal is enough and makes up for it's summoning condition, which is easy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
