Good moveset for Samurott?

So, I choose Oshawott in a fan made game called Pokémon Reborn. Which moveset should i go with when it evolves into Samurott?

 

Ability: Shell Armor

Item:

Nature: Impish Nature

Impish is an unfortunate nature for Samurott, boosting a stat it doesn't really need while cutting... something it admittedly isn't very good at, but could still use.

 

Since your offenses are unhindered, you can opt to run a mixed set. It won't excel at a lot, but at least it has some more coverage. Ice Beam is a standard pick on many Water-Types that have passable Special Attack. Aqua Jet is acceptable priority with STAB that will help in finishing off weak opponents or just sweep if you specialize towards physical attacks. It's a toss-up between Hydro Pump, Surf, or Waterfall if you're not choosing to focus on physical attacks. Megahorn or Superpower give some more coverage options - albeit not a lot - in addition to hitting very hard when you need to crush a wall.

 

Samurott just has a lot of problems due to a messy moveset and a confused stat spread.
