Seven-Armed Fiend

Ok guys, I need some help here.

 

Seven-Armed Fiend, seen in episode 13 (The Spirit of the Millennium Ring), in the flashback of Bakura's dad receiving the millennium ring... and it looked like this:

 

 

I want to create a version of this monster based on what it was like in Capsule Monsters, where Alex summoned it while sitting in Reshef's head. Keep in mind each hand had a different ability... So what would a decent, mannered effect be based off the version in Capsule Monsters.

Effect:

 

You may sacrifice any number of monsters to Tribute Summon this card. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF points per monster sacrificed. Once per duel you may activate the following effects: Negate the activation of and destroy 1 Monster Effect, 1 Spell Card and 1 Trap Card. Negate 1 Summoning (including Special Summon). Negate an attack on this card once, the destruction of this card once, and Battle Damage involving this card once. When all 7 of these effects have been activated, destroy this card.

 

 

I accept the fact that some (actually... most) of you will find this over powered, but once again this is based off the anime... In Capsule Monsters it used all of it's effects then the Pharaoh killed it, hence the effect of the card. Plus that and it was brought out on the show by sacrificing god knows how many monsters it was...
