"3 "The Legendary Fisherman III"This card can only be XYZ Summoned using the above material, and can not be Special Summoned any other way. This cards ATK and DEF are always treated as 20,000. When this card is XYZ Summoned, you may banish all cards from your opponents hand, Deck, Graveyard and Extra Deck face-up. This card cannot attack on the turn you activate this effect. This card is unaffected by all card effects except its own and can not be destroyed by battle or card effect. If this card attacks a defense position monster, inflict piercing damage. If "Umi" is on the field, you may detach 3 XYZ material from this card, You win the duel." Basically a more playful horakhty, where you can still toy with your opponent after playing it, or decide to win if you have Umi/Legendary Ocean on the field.
