Lore: This card's name becomes "Skull Servant" while in the Graveyard. You can Tribute this card: Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Zombie-Type monster with 0 ATK or 0 DEF from your Deck or Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Wightjester" once per turn.

 

So I was going through the strengths and weaknesses of Wights, and I figure that they need more ways to search out the stuff they need, like Uni-Zombie, as well as a Level 1 Tuner besides Glow-Up Bulb. This card was created to solve that problem.
