With some exquisite text placement this card's 12 effects actually managed to fit

Lore: Activate only by sending 1 "Dangerous Machine Type-6" on your side of the field to the Graveyard.During every Standby Phase: Roll a twelve-sided die and apply the result.

● 1: Discard 1 card.
● 2: Your opponent discards 1 card.
● 3: Draw 1 card
● 4: Your opponent draws 1 card.
● 5: Banish the top card of your  opponent's Deck.
● 6: Banish the top card of your Deck.
● 7: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.
● 8: Destroy 1 monster you control.
● 9: Your opponent gains 1500 LP
● 10: You gain 1500 LP
● 11: Add 2 cards from either player's deck to your hand.
● 12: Banish this card.
 
Nothing too special except for effect #11,oh and the fact that all of that fit.
Just another way to gamble in this game,play this with Crazy Box and Dangerous Machine Type-6 for maximum FUN

I think when you're including this many bullet points, you can afford to not have line breaks after every one.

 

It's mildly fascinating, but a d12 isn't something you'd expect an average person to have on-hand.

 

I would propose, as a slightly more playable alternative that otherwise goes against the entire point of this card, to instead roll 2d6, but that also requires adjustment of the effects since 2d6 has different possibilities of getting each number.
