GarlandChaos
Lore: When your opponent Special Summons 2 or more monsters (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. There can only be 1 face-up "Klubba, Guardian of the Lost World" on the field. Your opponent must pay 500 LP to declare an attack. This card cannot attack unless your opponent controls 2 or more face-up Attack Position monsters. At the start of the damage step, if this card is attacked by an opponent's monster with less ATK than this card: You can return that opponent's monster to the hand, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its original ATK. Started playing Donkey Kong Country 2 the other day for the first time in years, so I decided to make a card based off of Klubba, that guy that stops you from going to secret levels. Special Summoning effect is based on him protecting the Lost World from Diddy and Dixie. LP paying effect is a strictly better version of Toll. No attacking effect represents the fact that he never attacks first. Bouncing effect signifies Klubba knocking Diddy and Dixie away when you choose to "fight" him. Of course, this is moreso meant as a tribute and not really something intended for competitive uses. CnC?

Guest BGMCANN0N
So if it is Dark Elf/ Trifortressops that responds to Pendulums/ Inferno Reckless Summon with a high attack and has bounce effect that occurs during Damage Step... That is this in the tightest nutshell I can think of for this guy... Now I will evaluate it for you, m'kay? So this guys strength lies in few things: He is Reptile-Type monster... Can be searched via The King of Feral Imps.Pendulums in this format are swarming... So he could be seen as potential side card. His Attack is Blue-Eyes sized! He is Level 8... If you can't use him immediately he can be pitched for Trade-In.That bouncing effect with the burn is menacing and allows you to own up to its weakness of not being able to attack directly.Weakness:His Dark Elf effect (pay to attack); though it is small it still can build up in the long run...He requires your opponent to have considerable amount of monster on the field to attack though you could make up for this via using cards like Ojama Trio or Nightmare Archfiends.Overall, not much changes needed for him... Though I think it having 2 drawbacks is a bit much. I'd just take off the Dark Elf effect and it would be fine. Unless you are trying to make him own up to some sort of odd theme. Thanks for the review anyways, though, I really appreciate it. ^w^
