Toffee. Posted December 31, 2015 Report Share Posted December 31, 2015 You can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributes. You can Normal Summon/Set this card with only 1 Tribute. Remember the days of when cards like Summoned Skull/Cybertech Alligator/etc were considered gamebreaking because of there stats? Well, that's basically the idea behind these cards. I mean, Neo is basically a Level 4 with 2350 and Rango is basically a Level 5 with 3650. So whats your opinion on something like this? Would you consider these to be overpowered, when they exist just to be large beaters that have very little to no actual support cards going for them? 'Course, you could search these with stuff like Single Purchase/Dogu/etc, but then you would have to run those cards, and they are pretty obscure in there own right, for generic searchers.
