LORE: You can only control 1 "Solemn Knight" at a time. Once per duel, you may halve this card's ATK and DEF and halve your Life Points. Add 1 "Solemn Warning" or "Solemn Judgement" from your graveyard or deck to your hand. If you activate "Solemn Warning" or "Solemn Judgement" during your opponent's turn, you do not have to pay Life Points. When this card is removed from the field, your opponent may draw 2 cards.

Some OCG fixes:

 

You can only control 1 "Solemn Knight". You can halve this card's ATK and DEF, then pay half your LP; add 1 "Solemn Warning" or "Solemn Judgment" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Solemn Knight" once per duel. During your opponent's turn, you do not have to pay LP to activate "Solemn Warning" or "Solemn Judgment". If this card leaves the field: Your opponent can draw 2 cards.

 

 

It might as well search any Solemn card, for simplicity. As it is, it doesn't look that bad, but searching some of the most powerful cards in the game simply is hardly fair.

Not gonna lie, I kinda hate this.

 

Not only does it have terrible stats for its level, it searches out 2 of the better counter traps, one of witch is banned in tcg and the other limited in tcg. This card also has the added eff of being able to use the two traps without LP costs, which Ariadne already does but better. And then there's the drawback of giving the opp 2 draws when the blow up the feeble thing.

 

If amp up the attack to at least 2100, then make the cost say tributing a monster to ads, with the restriction of not being able to set it right away. I'd also ditch the draw 2 eff. Although a well timed solemn anything can be crucial, giving a draw 2 for a basically 1 time searcher is too much. Also you can probs ditch the no cost deal since ariadne exists.
