You can only activate 1 "Kaiju's Mission Success" per turn. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon a "Kaiju" monster to your opponent's side of the field. Overall, you shouldn't be giving them something you can't take care of already, and seeing as how giving your opponent something you can take care of is a same-value play that doesn't restrict what you can do or require taking a slot up in your deck; you would only be hurting yourself by running this card at all.
