On a serious note, card is not that easy to get out, and, although I'm sure the effect has quite a few uses (Unicorn is the only one I think about right now) not sure how often a card would return to the hand, especially Spell/Traps. I like the idea, I just feel its too situational. Only advantage is that no OPT. If only there was a good deck that returned S/T....oh wait lunalight. But still, 1 card, and also, this is casual, so I shouldn't be too hard. Nice idea! Also, Dova's free OCG check. I'm trying to find a balance of not being too OP and not being too situational. Hard to get out? Check.Situational Effect? Check.Generic Card? As for you Deadpool, yes, negating and popping s/t up to the number of s/t that would go to your hand sounds good. Level 4 makes it cool, ofc Lower ATK and DEF is needed.
