This card cannot be summoned, unless if it is by link summon. Whenever you would summon a single monster by normal summon or flip summon, if it is of the same type and attribute of this card, you can link summon it. When this card is link summoned with a level 4 or lower Fiend, it becomes level 3 and its ATK becomes 1400. When link summoned with a level 5 or higher Fiend, this card becomes level 6 and its ATK becomes 2300. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 Fiend you control; Add 1 Link Fiend type monster from your deck to your hand.

 

Chain summon works like this: When you summon one monster of the same type and attribute of the link monster, you can Link summon it, that summon does not count as any other kind of summon.

you might want to list how to link summon it in the effect (since you might want some to have to meet a condition) but besides that i can see a lot of opportunity for it

Will do. I will make sure to add that to the effect, and I'll also fix some mispellings :P also, I was thinking that some of the link monsters could only be summoned with set monsters or monsters of a certain level... This one though, I'll keep it simple enough.
