Dova Posted January 18, 2016 Report Share Posted January 18, 2016 Effect works out well, especially since its on Normal Summon, so no OPT is required. My only worry is the power of the last effect. I think THAT needs OPT, especially since it activates on Synchro Summoning, and a Level Restriction. How about Level 6 or Lower? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
