It orbits the sun once every 15,000 years. It's really far away as a result. 

 

It will probably lack an atmosphere and thus just be a frozen rock in space travelling at hundreds of thousands of miles per hour. A really big one.

 

Maybe, I was thinking about how Neptunes inner working generate so much heat that it's more "slushy" than gas or solid. However with this being smaller than Neptune and such, your likely right that's it's just an ice ball
