If you Ritual Summon exactly 1 "Prediction Princess" Ritual Monster with a card effect that requires use of monsters, this card can be used as the entire requirement. Once per turn, during either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can Banish this card from your Graveyard and apply one of these effects:

1) Target 1 Face-up monster on the field; change it to Face-down defense position.

2) Target 1 Face-down monster on the field; change it to Face-up attack position.

 

CnC is appreciated, a shurit clone for prediction princess + further flip spam from grave.

Solid effects. It would be even stronger if it wasn't LIGHT. Even with Construct off the list, we have an abundance of LIGHT monsters to fuse with. That said, it being LIGHT is the only reason I'll forgive Astro's naming scheme and lack of Flip effect being bad flavour (among other, less obvious things).

 

This is easily the best Prediction Princess apart from their centrepiece, so while its existence is not a problem, I would be iffy about allowing Prediction Princesses to get many more great toys after this one.
