Lunar Origins
* Konami has absolutely no idea what they're doing with game balance! :: * But Kate. Neither do you. That's why you're posting in Casual. * ... Anti-Establishment[ Spell/Quickplay ]Declare a card. If that card is played from your opponent's hand or Graveyared during the turn this card was activated OR the next turn, draw 1 card and reveal it; If that card is "Anti-Establishment", draw 1 additional card and activate one of the following effects: Banish all cards with the same name as the card you declared from your opponent's hand, field, Deck, and Graveyard. Place all cards with the same name as the card you declared to the bottom of your opponent's deck from your opponent's hand, field, Deck, and Graveyard. * ...this seems generic enough to work. :: * It sucks. * Shut up. Guest BGMCANN0N
Well you could pair it with quite a few things to get it set-up despite being difficult to use... If you pulled 2 of these in your hand you could use Edge Imp Sabres or Flowerbot to tuck 1 of them back on top to get it prepared. If you play Sylvans you could also use Sylvan Charity to reorient a copy on top which could possible make your opponent not want to do any pivotal plays (because it reveals it). Also, you could use Card Advance to possibly get it Set-up as well. And even if you didn't meet the drawing "Anti-Establishment" requirement because you didn't have the proper set-up, at the very least you could just have Anti-Establishment replace itself with the drawing effect alone if you call it right. So it could be an interesting generic tech with the said cards above.
Trebuchet MS
So you can put all copies of the declared card name... from the Deck... on the bottom of the Deck? Uh. Hmm. It also seems that this card can't exactly work when activated in response to the card name unless there's another card effect that would result in said name being "played". But seeing how many combos are easily centered around 1 or 2 cards, it should be easy to, based on the Deck you're facing, know what name to call. But to have to draw another copy of this before you can even interrupt the combo to your desired effect? That sheer inconsistency, barring Deck manipulation, kills its general playability.
