Activate this card by targeting 1 face-up monster you control; Equip this card to the target. That monster can't be destroyed by battle by monsters with a higher ATK. At the end of the Damage Step where a monster battles with the equipped monster: That monster cannot attack while this card is face-up on the field, also, destroy that monster during the 2nd Standby Phase after this effect's activation.

Upon activation, you shall Activate by targeting 1 face-up monster you control; equip this card to that monster target. It cannot be destroyed by battle by monsters with an attack higher than the equipped monster's ATK. Every At the end of the Damage Step where a monster that card battles the equipped monster: That monster cannot attack while this card is face-up on the field, also destroy that monster during If a monster, after the 2nd Standby Phase after it battled with the equipped monster, is still face-up on the field; Destroy those monsters this effect's activation. When the equipped monster leaves the field; Destroy this card.

You keep using "equip" a lot while this card doesn't necessarily equip to anything. Why not make it function like an Equip Card, a la Kunai with Chain? It cuts out a lot of text since it will behave like and operate by Equip Spell rules.

 

That said, it's a cool casual card to run, but it's not very efficient in this time. The opponent has more than enough time to get rid of the monster that got wired, usually by using it as Material. That is, unless said wired monster is a boss monster that is likely difficult to take off the field.
