If this card isn't worthy of being the card representation of Vader, i don't know what is lol

You can also Xyz Summon this card once per turn by banishing 1 card from your hand and targeting 2 or more banished "Kozmo" monsters, Special Summon this card and attach those targets as Xyz material. Once per turn, during either players turn,you can detach 2 Xyz materials from this card, Special summon 1 monster from your opponents graveyard or banished zone, but banish it when it leaves the field. If this card attacks or is attacked, cards or effects cannot be activated until the end of the Damage Step. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, you can pay 700 life points, banish 1 random card from your opponents hand.

First off, why is this an XYZ? I haven't seen any Kozmo deck play a serious extra deck, and as someone who mains Kozmo, this offers little use because it requires you to overlay Forerunner, which isn't worth it IMO. Kozmo typically focuses on the main deck anyway. A Kozmo extra deck is normally only there for show.

 

The summoning condition isn't worth it. Why would I banish a card and use 2 banished monsters when I can just OTK with the same cards by recovering them with Kozmotown and/or Strawman? Even if you can recover the monster banished with Kozmotown, it doesn't seem worth it to me when I could of recovered the pilots instead.

 

As for the effect, a quick effect Monster Reborn/Levair with an Armades effect seems decent, but with the cost of 2 materials, you aren't going to recover those materials without Dark Eclipser, which won't get its effect off often because not a lot of people run enough traps for it to really be useful. Banishing 1 random card from your opponent's hand is nice, but I think it would work better on a main deck monster, that way it can get its effect off much more consistently.

Kozmos have too many monsters with different level, so Xyz isnt that frequent, synchro is a posibility but requires tuners to be teched (Ghost ogre) in a deck full of main deck monsters that dont wanna go to grave.

 

If darth vader gets his Kozmo version, it should be a fusion (1 machine+1 psychic kozmo monsters, half machine-half humman) main deck is already saturated

That actually sounds better. Maybe throw in a General Grievous one and then give Kozmo a fusion card and then Kozmo has a reason to have an extra deck. Though, shouldn't ED Kozmos still have to float effect?

It's not that it was different. In fact, variety is welcome, especially in Kozmos case due to being linear. However, Kozmos don't take to the field quick enough for XYZ plays, which require swarm power. It's the same reason why Monarchs don't run rank 6s. However, fusions and synchros could work since Kozmos do tend to run Ghost Ogre, such as Clear Wing Synchro Dragon.

SS one of the materials from wherever they ended up to summon the fusion maybe? or a contact out effect dont know
