During either player's turn, when a Tuner monster is Normal or Special Summoned to your oppponent's side of the field: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field, then, the controller of this card Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster, using monsters from their side of the field as a Synchro Materials (including this card). Synchro Monster that Synchro Summoned using this card as Synchro Material has its effect negated until the End Phase and their ATK and DEF is halved. During the End Phase, if this card is Special Summoned this way is still face-up on the field, destroy this card, then draw 1 card. You can only Special Summon "Ephemeral Bane Magician" once per turn this way.
