Description: "Frost Plane" focuses on Synchro Summoning monsters through manipulating battle positions. These battle position changes also allow other cards to activate, and aid in gaining leverage in general, due to the nature of things that can't be destroyed by card effects. 

 

Lore: It's totally not based around Frozen (hey, if there's a star wars deck, we may as well have this).

When this card is summoned: You can add 1 "Frost Plane" card from your deck to your hand, and if you do, "Frost Plane" cards you control cannot be destroyed by card effects until this turn's Main Phase 2. When this card is sent to the graveyard: You can activate this effect; change the battle position of 1 monster on the field. You can only use this effect of "Frost Plane Puella" once per turn.

While you control a "Frost Plane" card and there is a Defense Position monster on the field: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand), and if you do, you can change the battle position of 1 monster on the field. During either player's turn: You can tribute this card, then target any number of monsters your opponent controls, with the same battle position; destroy those targets. You can only use this effect of "Frost Plane Puer" once per turn.

You can discard this card (from your hand); Add 1 "Frost" Spell/Trap Card from your deck to your hand. During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your graveyard; destroy 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls, and if you do, you can change the battle position of 1 monster on the field.

While you control a "Frost Plane" Synchro monster: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card's battle position is changed: You can Special Summon 1 "Frost Plane" monster from your deck. You can only use this effect of "Frost Plane Pal" once per turn.

When a "Frost Plane" Synchro monster is summoned: You can target 1 monster on the field; change its battle position. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard: Draw 1 card. You can only use 1 effect of "Frost Palace" per turn, and only once that turn.

When the battle position of a monster on the field is changed: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Frost Plane Fractal" once per turn. The first time a "Frost Plane" card(s) you control would be destroyed by a card effect, those cards are not destroyed.

When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or effect while you control a "Frost Plane" monster and your opponent controls two monsters with the same battle position: Tribute 1 "Frost Plane" monster you control, which shares a battle position with monsters your opponent controls, and if you do, negate that effect, then destroy and banish that card.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can activate this effect; set 1 "Frost" Spell/Trap Card from your deck, but it cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn: You can change this card's battle position, then target 1 "Frost Plane" monster in your graveyard; Special Summon it.

When this card is Synchro Summoned while you control "Frost Plane Palace," you can draw 1 card. When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the damage step.

While this card remains face-up on the field, "Frost Plane" cards you control cannot be targeted by card effects. When a monster, except a WATER monster, is summoned in face-up Attack Position: You can pay 800 LP; change that monster to Defense Position, and if you do, negate its effects while it remains face-up on the field. A WATER monster that attacks this card is destroyed at the start of the damage step. 
 

 
Strategy and Support: The main combo is to create a few Synchro monsters first turn, then keep your opponent from clearing your board. Unlike most decks, this one would probably prefer going first, since you would need to set up your combo without letting your opponent CDI you. "Frost Plane Matriarch" prevents your Frost Plane cards from being targeted (meaning no castel or CDI, and potentially Rafflesia), while Fragment and Puella prevent their destruction. Breakthrough Skill could be helpful (as it is in most decks), or Fiendish Chain, if you feel like really making your opponent mad. The weird tech card "Eisbahn" would aid in keeping all non-WATER monsters in check, so that they do not harm you and/or remain in the same battle position.
