Monarch King
DIVINEDivine-Beast/EffectLevel 10ATK ?, DEF ? Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by returning 1 face-up "The Winged Dragon of Ra" you control to the hand, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot attack. Your opponent cannot target this card for attacks or by card effects. You can pay 1000 Life Points, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it. During your End Phase: You can tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "The Winged Dragon of Ra" from your hand, ignoring its Summoning conditions, and if you do, its ATK and DEF becomes 4000. Snatch Steal
Seems legit. Not being able to attack it begs two questions:1: What're its ATK and DEF based on?2: Can your opponent still attack you directly? Without a OPT clause, the Spell/Trap destruction effect is quite powerful. You could summon Ra, pay no LP, then drop this thing and pretty much heavy storm. With enough ATK or DEF (assuming it even has any, since I can't see where the ?/? comes into play >.>), that could be pretty annoying. Fortunately, it would take basically a 4-card combo to pull this off; however, Dracopals are still a thing, so pretty much having the two Ras in hand and making your Monkey Skullcrobat play could be enough. This card would probably not directly affect the metagame, but is certainly greater than mediocre, it seems.

So i just did it. According to OCG Rulings for "The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode", since its ATK and DEF are ?, its ATK and DEF on the field are treated as 0. It cannot be targeted for attacks so your opponent can't attack directly except with effects like Nightmare Shark, Heartlandraco.

Well, if my memory serves me right, "?/?" implies that its original ATK/DEF are variable. Seems like a waste to have variable ATK/DEF that don't have a variable, but that's just me.Also, not being able to attack pretty much at all seems like a nightmare. Oh well, there's always Raging Flame Sprite
