If you control no monsters and your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card battles an opponent’s monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, during damage calculation: You can activate this effect once per battle; that monster’s ATK becomes its current DEF until the end of the Damage Step. It has the Shaddoll base of being able to do a lot if your opponent controls a monster Summoned from the Extra Deck, but that effect on battle....it feels lackluster. Combined with the fact that you can only use it twice (Even though there's no OPT on it) and that to SS it you need to have no monsters, it just doesn't seems strong.
