TF2_The_Scout
Vlad Tepes of Romania 2 or more level 7 "D/D" monstersIf this card is Xyz Summoned: You can draw 1 card. If you special summon a "D/D" monster: You can declare 1 card type(monster, spell, or trap); Your opponent must banish 1 card of the declared type from their deck. You can only use this effect of "D/D/D Vampiric King Tepes" once per turn. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 banished "D/D" monster; Special Summon it. Dragulas
The monster's effect is pretty good, its related to vampires somehow and the other recover their resources from banished pile (something they need badly) But DDs already have enough fusions , not to mention at least d arc needs to be run in multiples, to be honest this could be more efficent as an xyz, because they really need their own rank 7, the last SS effect cost could be detaching instead of discarding

Edit: Made it an XYZ monster.
