Lunar Origins
Medication[ Spell ]You can only activate 1 "Medication" per turn. If this card is in your Graveyard, instead of conducting your normal Draw: Add this card to your hand (from your Graveyard). When this card is activated: Choose one of the following effects. If you activated "Medication" during your last turn: Draw 2 cards. If you activated "Medication" during your last turn: Special Summon 2 Level 3 or lower monsters from your Graveyard. If you did not activate "Medication" during your last turn: Discard 1 card and take 800 damage. I really like making incredibly obtuse and difficult to use cards.

I love how this card's effects are mandatory and punishes you for not using it. Like actual medication. I think it is okay for the most part. The one thing that does concern me is the Pot of Greed effect. I know you skip your draw, but you still get a constant +1 each turn. Not to mention the card is very splashable. I'm not sure as to exactly how powerful that is, but I think it's worth noting. As to how to fix that, I'm not sure.As for the second effect, it works well with decks that abuses low level monsters, such as Speedroids, Burning Abyss, Deskbots, etc., enabling them to Xyz/Synchro and make consistent power plays. The third effect could seem like something that would backfire, but I think it could help decks that fill up your Graveyard or activate discard effects. I don't think anyone using this card would ever use it often, though.
goodfusion
The third effect could seem like something that would backfire, but I think it could help decks that fill up your Graveyard or activate discard effects. I don't think anyone using this card would ever use it often, though. Well it seems to me that the idea is that you go a -2 (discarding a card and skipping your draw) the first time you use it, but then after that you get a continual increase in card advantage, either turning your Normal Draw into a Pot of Greed or a double Monster Reborn for your low level monsters. The card feels very much like a better version of Guarded Treasure, the difference being that Medication is more versatile and that you don't instantly lose to Mystical Space Typhoon, Twin Twisters, etc. It seems honestly overpowered in any slow deck that lasts long enough in to the duel to gain significant advantage from it. That being said, the card probably wouldn't be used too much in the current OCG/TCG metagame due to how fast paced the game has got. Most duels don't last particularly long to make good use out of it, not to mention the fact that you are going a -2 (or -1 if using effects that work off being sent to the Graveyard, so Shaddoll, BA, Dark World etc) to start with. One thing to note is that due to its returning to hand and skipping the Draw Phase effect being compulsory, the card become very weak to effect negation, as if an opponent can stop it with a card such as Cyber Dragon Infinity, you effectively lose your Normal Draw. I personally would reduce the initial drawback you have when using this card, but also reduce the power of what it gives you in the long run. Doing so would hopefully make it not so powerful in slower decks/formats that drag the game on, make it usable in a larger variety of decks as they aren't having to invest so much into using it, but still keep the general idea/theme behind it.
