Maybe adding a payment/requirement will make it more interesting? Anyways, just wondering, what if it negates an effect that activates only during the End Phase. For example, negating Genex Neutron's effect. Of course, not using this card for that effect is an easy answer but since we're talking about card design, might as well add that in? A lot of stuff would probably fizzle out or be much less wieldy, since you can negate something like a Warning or Strike, which would do nothing as chain link 1. It would basically be a free counter for anything at no cost. I'm honestly not sure how comfortable I am with this card.Also remember that this is searchable. You could negate so much stuff with it that needs to activate right then and there...it's a bit too versatile. It might need some kind of cost to balance it out.
