1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fiend Type monsters.
Once per turn, you can place one "Tribute Counter" on this this card (Max 1), when this card would be used as a tribute for the effect of an "Infernoid" monster; remove 1 "Tribute Counter" from this card instead. Once per turn, you can banish 1 monster you control, Special Summon 1 other banished monster ignoring summoning conditions (its effects are negated and is destroyed during the End Phase). If this card leaves the field; Special Summon 1 level 8 or lower "Infernoid" monster from your Graveyard ignoring summoning conditions.

Infernoid synchros? i am really dont know what your getting at here.

Decatron its a Tuner. so it reasonable to make it so. on the other hand PLEASE leave a proper CnC.

as for the card:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fiend Type monsters.
"Once per turn, you can place 1 "Tribute Counter" on this this card (Max 1), when this card would be used as a tribute; remove 1 "Tribute Counter" from this card instead. it has interesting 1st effect of generic Tribute substitute. and 2 more effect that basically straight-up design to maintain wave of summon infernoids capable, of while aiding their banish effect a bit. kinda OK to me

but since it not mention limit of number of tribute that substitute by its effect, unless such cards that specify as specific as Egyptian God Cards clause . going by that logic i have assumption that this card can use its effect to substitute any number of tribute. lets say there a card that require to tribute 5 monster *puff* remove 1 counter. this raise concern..

Changed the effect to only remove a counter for the effect of an Infernoid monster.

Uhhm i find myself frequently making Psyframe Omega in this deck with either Raiden + Patrulea or have either Harmadik or Patrulea on field and sending the opropriate level to modulate Dekatron to make him. Its not hard at all.

Once per turn: You can place one "Tribute Counter" on this this card (max 1). When this card would be used as a tribute for the effect of an "Infernoid" monster, remove 1 "Tribute Counter" from this card instead. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster you control; Special Summon 1 other banished monster, ignoring its summoning conditions. Its effects are negated and it is destroyed during the End Phase. If this card leaves the field: Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower "Infernoid" monster from your Graveyard.

This card looks kind of lackluster. The first effect isn't very helpful because not having enough tributes for the banish effects is the least of the Infernoid deck's problems. The second effect looked interesting, but the effect negation and destroying it during end phase killed it. The third effect can only summon Decatron, so unless you were planning to add an ignoring summon conditions clause, the level restriction isn't necessary. Plus, Lvl 8 locks out a lot of your summons.

The best use I can think of for this is banishing itself to bring back a high level Infernoid as beater and revive Decatron to yard 1 Infernoid. I'm not sure if the value of that play outweighs just summoning Omega though.

And it doesn't fit into the Duel Terminal storyline, but that's a minor nitpick.

What the name mean?

My bad didn't add the ignoring summoning conditions on the end there, now its fixed.

The effect negated for the second part is extremely important to put in there, if it wasnt you could essentially never pay the cost of banishing 3 infernoids for Onuncu/Devyaty and only summon them through this card which seems pretty broken to me anyways.

You can also use the counters for Onuncu's negation with pretty much no cost.. and it brings back an Attondel or Seitsemas with no cost when it leaves the field (which are both great cards)

No special reason for the name just thought of it on the fly

What do you mean by that? And Onuncu and Devyaty's costs aren't too hard to pay if you have a decent grave.

The ignoring summon conditions on third effect changes things. Now you could synchro summon this card, special summon an Infernoid, then banish this card for its own effect and end up with two large beatsticks, one of which retains its effect, plus whatever Infernoid you summoned. That could set up for an otk under the right conditions (but uses up a lot of resources under the wrong conditions, so it's still balanced). I'd run this now.

This card just makes things easier for the deck so you have to use way less resources to get an established board.

Sure the cost for Onuncu isnt too difficult but i can see this card being very useful non-the less

Thanks for the feed back though much appreciated
