Yuuji Kazami
Doesn't this pretty much kill any deck that doesn't rely on setting monsters, lol? Oh well, we need more anti-meta cards like these. Worms can use this, Ghostricks can use this, and pretty much any other deck that relies on a slower play. Not 100% certain on how this effect resolves with Kozmos, but I believe that they would be flipped face-down immediately on Summon. Oh well, it'll be fun to screw with today's meta playing this. XD The draw effect is really helpful as well. In my opinion, this is much more effective than lose 1 turn as its effect is pretty much Evilswarm Nightmare as a field spell. No float was a good idea, because this card would start to get ridiculous if you add anymore. Great job though. =PEDIT: Oops, I accidentally quoted myself. Can't delete this comment now. I was going to congratulate you on finally posting. XD Btw, if you still need any help, just ask. Also, add Terraforming and Pot of Duality if you want to maximize this card's effects. Maybe Upstarts too, if you decide giving LP is better for consistency. Then again, it could work well if you're running all Flip Effect cards. I also just realized that that Exodia/Burn/Stall decks can also use this card well... =/
Trebuchet MS
Easily searched, slows down the game a bit, stifles explosive play. I don't mind something that lends support to a slightly grindy playstyle. First thing that comes to mind is Ghostricks or Flip-flop Rocks. Especially Flip-flop Rocks since they'll greatly appreciate the draw to make up for the lack of speed.
