Dragulas
Too gimmicky because of the materials in my opinion, yes you can use azure or spirit and a tuner, but i d rather keep them to stall or gain field advantage. On her first SS effect there is a problem, as a condition to use the effect you re restricted to SS only dragons that turn, since kisara is a fairy you wont be able to use the effect the same turn you summon her and given the fact that its not the easiest to summon its not worhty going into her (dont know if this was intentional). I think it had been intentional because Kisara's effect to Summon any Level 8 Dragon at the time was too strong. I'm pretty sure this was created when the Structure Deck for the Blue Eyes Synchro had been just released. After all, summon something after the turn Kisara hits the field, activate Torrential Tribute, negate destruction for Blue Eyes. Ignition effect for Blue Eyes. 3000+3000+2000 = OTK. Oh well, just seeing how others think of it. Like I had said, making a card look good is kind of my main specialty. XD
