Red:

Pend: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "JOKER" Monsters. This effect cannot be negated. If the battle position of a "JOKER" monster(s) is changed by a card effect, you can destroy this card: Draw 1 card and if you do, your opponent Discards 1 card. During either player's turn, you can destroy this card: Change the battle position of all face-up monsters on the field.

 

Monster: Once per turn, if the battle position of this card is changed by a card effect, you can Draw 1 card. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can target 1 "JOKER" monster you control: Change it’s battle position. If this card in the monster card zone is destroyed, you can look at your opponent’s hand and shuffle 1 card in there into his/her Deck.

Blue:

Pend: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "JOKER" Monsters. This effect cannot be negated. If the battle position of a "JOKER"monster(s) is changed by a card effect, you can destroy this card: Destroy up to 1 face-up monster on each side of the field. During either player's turn, you can destroy this card: Change the battle position of all face-up monsters on the field.

 

Monster: Once per turn, if the battle position of this card is changed by a card effect, you can destroy 1 monster on the field. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can target 1 "JOKER" monster you control: Change it’s battle position. If this card in the monster card zone is destroyed, you can return 1 monster on the field to the Deck.

Green:

Pend: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "JOKER" Monsters. This effect cannot be negated. If the battle position of a "JOKER" monster(s) is changed by a card effect, you can destroy this card: Gain 1000 LP, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. During either player's turn, you can destroy this card: Change the battle position of all face-up monsters on the field.

 

Monster: Once per turn, if the battle position of this card is changed by a card effect, all "JOKER" monsters you currently control gain 1000 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can target 1 "JOKER" monster you control: Change it’s battle position. If this card in the monster card zone is destroyed, inflict 1500 damage to your opponent.

Yellow:

Pend: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "JOKER" Monsters. This effect cannot be negated. If the battle position of a "JOKER" monster(s) is changed by a card effect, you can destroy this card: Return 1 Set card on the field to the Deck. During either player's turn, you can destroy this card: Change the battle position of all face-up monsters on the field.

 

Monster: Once per turn, if the battle position of this card is changed by a card effect, you can destroy 1 Spell/Trap card on the field. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can target 1 "JOKER" monster you control: Change it’s battle position. If this card in the monster card zone is destroyed, you can Banish face-down 1 Spell/Trap card on the field.

Fortune: Activate if your opponent currently controls more monsters: Special Summon 1 "JOKER" monster from your hand or face-up from your Extra Deck. Then, change the Summoned monster's battle position. If a face-up "JOKER" card you control is destroyed, you can Banish this card from your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "JOKER" monster from your Extra Deck, with a different name from the destroyed card. Then, change the Summoned monster's battle position. You can only activate 1 effect of "JOKER's Fortune" per turn.

Gambit: Destroy up to 3 other cards you control(min 1), and if you do, add to your hand, from your Deck or face-up from your Extra Deck, a number of different "JOKER" monsters up to the number of cards you destroyed +1. During your opponent's turn, you can Banish this card from your Graveyard: Discard 1 card, and if you do, place up to 2 face-up "JOKER" monsters from your Extra Deck in open Pendulum Zones you control. You can only activate 1 effect of "JOKER's Gambit" per turn.

These started as boss-like/etc variants of cards like Dream Clown/Crass Clown/Blade Rabbit/etc, but gradually became it's own thing; That's what these are.

I mean, position changing-based stuff is literally extinct/nonexistent/etc, so I took this old concept and just ran with it; Seemed like a fun idea, really.

Rest of this is just whatever you make of it.
