If this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard. If you activate this effect, you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except Machine-Type monsters. If exactly 1 Machine-Type monster is Special Summoned to your side of the field, you can equip this card from your hand or Graveyard to that monster, but Banish this card if that monster is removed from the field. This effect of "Mech-at-Arms, Johnny" can only be activated once per turn. While this card is equipped to a monster, that monster gains 500 ATK.

(This card's original Level is always treated as 8.)

Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 2 Level 4 or higher monsters you control with the same Level to the Graveyard (1 DARK Tuner and 1 Machine-Type non-Tuner). You can only Special Summon "Intergalactic Super-Dreadnought, Orion(s)" once per turn. Once per turn, you can Banish 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, and if you do, it's effect(s) are negated and it gains 1000 ATK. If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card, you can Banish this card from your Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Level 10 Machine-Type monster from your Deck.

Basically I threw Ultimaya Tzolkin, the anime version of Dark Flattop, and Ally Genex Axel into a blender, and this is what I got.

I mean, it seemed like a fun idea at the time. Or whatever.
