PE: If you Pendulum Summon a FIRE Pendulum monster: You can Special Summon this card and attach the Pendulum Summoned FIRE monster to this card as the Xyz Material. You can only activate this effect once per turn.

If you can Pendulum Summon Level 3, you can Pendulum Summon this card while it is face-up in the Extra Deck. If this card only has 1 or 0 Xyz Material attached to this card: This card loses 800 ATK. When this card is Xyz Summoned, you can target 1 FIRE Pendulum monster face-up in your Extra Deck: Add it to your hand. During each of your Standby Phases, take 1000 damage. Every time this card destroys a monster by battle, you gain 1000 LP. During your Standby Phases, if you were to take damage from this card's effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. If this card has no Xyz Materials attached to this card, you can destroy this card and send it to 1 of your Pendulum Zones. If the one you choose already has a Pendulum Monster, destroy it.

 

Strategy: When you Xyz Summon it, you can basically attack with it this turn if you want. Then during your SP, you will want to detach 1 Xyz Material. You will want to do that everytime until you have 0 left. Then you will want to tribute it and place it in your Pendulum Zone. Then when you Pendulum Summon a Fire Pendulum, you will Summon it again and restart the process over and over, if you play your moves right, you will gradually gain lots of LP. And if something goes wrong, you can just Pendulum Summon it again!

I feel it's too strong. With base stats like that and the ability to recur it, its downsides do too little to offset it. 2600 ATK is still incredibly good for a generic Rank 3. Its 1000 self-damage can easily be reversed due to its in-built LP regeneration, giving very little reason for someone to select any of the alternatives. The only justifiable downside I can see is its inability to damage the opponent, but this card still becomes an offensive wall you can sit on since it can kill nearly anything in a straight-up battle.

 

I'd recommend you at least sharply reduce the LP regeneration or raise the self-damage effect so that it will only mitigate - not nullify or reverse - the self-damage effect and give players a reason to detach Xyz Material from this card.
