Would this banish destroyed Scales as well? I can't remember the ruling on if they're considered monsters or not when popped.

It DOES. That's something, then. Sad that it acts as a deterrent to Wavering, considering TCG just lost that, so it's lost a big part of the appeal of running it, along with the hit Luster. Completely hoses Shiranui, though, which would make this worthy side material against them.
