this card let you peek at your opponent's hand, and probably doing some guessing 'what card will he/she play next' and 'oh i know that Set S/T', creating advantage for you just by its 1st eff, and the 2nd make it more worse, let you search something straight from Deck while your opponent has the card too on his/her hand.

 

and if your opponent has something (limited/semi card) and you run it on your Deck, you can just straight grab it. Making almost any cards on the game searchable if your opponent running it and also yourself. Much more funnier if in a mirror duel (where you and your opponent play the same Decks).

 

overall it is too powerful, maybe just limit the reveal to some number (like 1-2, i prefer 1 with that straight grab from Deck). And mostly you'll search some staple cards that most people run (like Raigeki, Twin Twister, MST, etc etc etc) and rarely archetypal card unless you're in a mirror duel.

Oh boy this reminds me when I used to call a monster's effect it's special power,those were fun times!

As for the card, I actually think it's fine, if seeing the opponent's hand was taboo then I'm sure that cards like Mind Crush,Great Phantom Thief and the new card that's coming out, Examination wouldn't be at 3. This isn't Confiscation either, your opponent still gets to keep their cards.

It seems like a very fun card to use in mirror matches or just to test your luck,can also be used in combination with the other mentioned cards as well as Graceful Tears,Present Exchange,Exchange and, in case of a mirror match, Dark Designator.
