High Born Kraken

Continuous Trap Card

Special Summon this card as an Effect monster (Sea Serpent Type/WATER/Level 10/ATK 3000/DEF 0). This card can not attack. Your opponent can not target Trap cards that are also monsters for attacks, except this card.

Still too OP. A no-tribute Level 10 monster, how?

 

Add one:

 

- During your End Phase: send the top card of the Deck to the Graveyard or change this card in Defense Position.

- When this card is activated: send two monsters from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard (monsters sent from the field to the Graveyard by this effect are considerated offered as a Tribute.) or change this card in Defense Position. This card cannot change in Attack Position until you send two monsters from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard. (Monsters sent from the field to the Graveyard by this effect are considerated offered as a Tribute.)

 

Or it would be too OP.

This card isnt even played so i dont think it's OP at all, anyway, i dont really think this does anything.... for anything. Trap monster decks wont want this tbh

This card: 3000/0 Summon in DEF

Metal Reflect: 0/3000 Summon in DEF!

Both cannot attack.

 

Or maybe instead of 2 monsters as tribute, 2-3 cards (monsters,spells,traps) or 1 monster.

still doesn't change that the only advantage we have here are (temporal) battle protection (only) for trap monster. it still die to every single effect in game.

 

i do have question Spell counter King: your wording is a bit off and doesn't explain the state of being of whatever this card is following to the common 2 category of trap monster which either:

1) it still treated as Trap card ? (which all old Trap Monster do)

2) or be completely treated as Monster ? (just like PK and Burgesstoma)

 

although to be fair based on this effect we gonna go with the first scenario. which the wording could be something like this:

which 2 copy of them can create an fragile Attack lock, the ones that still dies easily to common S/T Removal. not that bad or game changing i suppose
