Trebuchet MS
I don't seem to understand why you want this card to Future Visions itself when you first Summon it. It's already bad enough that it needs a mediocre Fusion with terrible Materials, although that part of the Summon process can be completely circumvented with King of the Swamp. Did you also intend for it to completely jump around the drawbacks imposed by Instant Fusion?

Trebuchet MS
I think the time delay can be drastically shortened, to something like: "If this card is Special Summoned, except by its own effect: Banish it, then Special Summon this banished card." That way, you don't get to wait to use it along with shaking off any effects that would tie it down to whatever brought it out. If those effects happen to also be beneficial, well, tough luck. I don't want to wait a turn just to get a 2200 double attacker that stops other monsters from going.
Chaosix
"If this card is Special Summoned, except by its own effect: Banish it, then Special Summon this banished card."Are yugioh cards even allowed to do that?
Trebuchet MS
We do not have many existing "flicker" effects, and a lot of them usually have a delay between the disappearance and return, like Interdimensional Matter Transporter and Dimensionhole. I have seen several immediate flickers in MtG, and I don't see why Yugioh isn't allowed to do the same. Think of it as unexplored design space.
